ABOUT PRODUCT
The essence of the project is the combination of natural and national materials, valuing what is Brazilian, added to Silochi’s industrialization process, which has as its DNA the development of sophisticated and personalized projects for its clients. The chosen furniture was a bedside table, as it is an intimate piece of furniture that meets a wide range of consumers’ needs. The name “Melia” was derived from the scientific name of the wood used in the project: the cinnamon tree, a tree widely cultivated and popular in Brazil.

EDUARDO COLOSSI
Eduardo Colossi has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Univali in Balneário Camboriú, SC. Since graduating, he has focused on furniture design, accumulating over 15 years of experience in the field. As the lead designer at Móveis Silochi, he works on projects involving custom-made furniture, personalized furnishings, and other pieces in general. Throughout his career, he has developed a modern and sophisticated design style, characterized by his knowledge of the manufacturing process and his ability to optimize production planning, processes, and resources. In addition to his Industrial Design degree, he is currently pursuing a degree in Architecture, with the aim of further integrating these two complementary fields.
